I started as a Surface decorator apprentice in 2000 and got my Journeyman’s license in 2004. I worked as a Surface Decorator and climbed the ladder during the next 10 years to become a Project Manager with the responsibility for Health, Safety and Environment and the Professional Responsibility for the companies’ standards and quality. In 2015 I got my Masters Journeyman’s license . Up until 2021 this was some of my obligations: Project manager: Responsible of planning, organizing and directing the completion of specific projects. On time, within budget and within scope. Health, safety and environment Quality assurance and quality control for the company and employees. Professional responsible: Direct responsibility within the company, mapping of competence as well as planning and implementation of necessary competence development. Masters in surface decorating: General knowledge of business management. Economy, Advertising, Human resources, Laws and standards, Logistics and planning.
