Over the past 5 years, I have had the privilege of working as a real estate agent, primarily representing sellers. Simultaneously, I gained experience in selling developments from pre-construction to final delivery. In the last 3 years, my focus has been on the Solaria development, where I demonstrated a successful sales record and established strong relationships with both buying clients and industry professionals. This includes MLS agents, investors (mainly focused on vacation rentals), real estate developers, and buyers, predominantly of foreign origin. Currently, I exclusively have 6 properties for sale, located in the Solaria and Santa Carmela developments, as well as in the municipality of Todo Santos.
