Over the past five years, Eloisa has had the privilege of working as a real estate agent, primarily representing sellers. During this time, she also gained experience in selling developments from pre-construction through final delivery.
In the last three years, her focus has been on the Solaria development, where she has demonstrated a strong sales record and built lasting relationships with buyers and industry professionals. Her network includes MLS agents, investors (primarily focused on vacation rentals) real estate developers, and a predominantly international clientele.
Currently, she exclusively represents six properties for sale, located in the Solaria and Santa Carmela developments, as well as in the municipality of Todos Santos.
