Monica Markeset, American by birth and now proudly Mexican, has called Los Cabos home since 2004 and has been part of RE/MAX since 2018. With an international background that includes experience in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico City, and Cancún, she brings a global perspective to her real estate career.
Her professional journey spans the hospitality industry, corporate event planning, and entrepreneurship, having successfully opened a well-known furniture and décor store in Cabo San Lucas in 2008. Today, she combines her passion for design with real estate, helping clients both find and enhance their homes in Los Cabos.
Having witnessed the growth of Cabo firsthand, including market evolution and natural challenges, Monica has become highly resourceful and dependable for both her clients and community. She holds both Commercial and Residential real estate licenses and has achieved RE/MAX Platinum level recognition.
Bilingual and service-driven, Monica is known for her ability to find the right solution for every client. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle with her teenage son, spending time paddleboarding and mountain biking around Los Cabos.
