The Auberge Residence Ownership Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle while owning a real estate interest in the Villas within the Auberge Resort at Esperanza. Owners purchase a 1/8th undivided interest in a condominium Villa and enter a Master Use Agreement, integrating their Villas into the Membership Program. Each owner is entitled to reserve six Vacation Weeks annually and unlimited Short Notice Vacation Nights, subject to availability which are allocated through an equitable rotation system managed by the Club. Confirmations of owners weeks are provided by mid-June each year.
