One of the firsts homes built in La Noria, within the amenity rich development of Puerto Los Cabos, this very unique two bedroom, two bath home, followed the Hacienda style's original design guidelines, with a large entry courtyard, rooms to the sides and opening to the main living area, kitchen and outdoor patio/deck. The initial concept and plans were designed with a third bedroom in mind, to be built at a different time, yet the functionality of the two bedroom house ended up suiting its owners well and thus house did not grow within the still remaining buildable area of the homesite.
